Election Procedure and Timetable 2012

  • The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 22nd March, commencing at 7:30pm.

  • There will be three vacancies for which nominations are required.

  • Nominees must be Baptised and in Membership for at least six months at the date of the AGM.

  • Nominations (written or verbal) require a 'seconder' and must be delivered to the Secretary by the Closing Date.

  • The Closing Date for nominations is Sunday 4th March.

  • Applications for Postal Votes will not be required.

  • Any questions regarding the above procedure should be directed to the Secretary.
